Shannon is a certified Success Coach and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with active certification through the Project Management Institute (  PMI is the leading global association for project management professionals, setting standards and techniques across industries.  

With over 18 years’ experience, Shannon is a proven leader of diverse cross-functional teams requiring extensive managerial, product/project management, customer service, and information technology experience within high-growth, fast-paced, and competitive environments. She possesses the skills to manage individual contributors as well as managers, along with exceptional and creative leadership, organization, problem-solving, change management, and communication skills, while formulating practical, quality solutions to complex business issues. 

She has worked with individuals and small business owners around the globe as well as companies of all sizes - including WebMD Corporation, where as a Senior Producer for 6 years she managed web and interactive initiatives for clients such as Glaxo Smith-Kline and Mead Johnson, as well as company-owned online products including WebMD Canada and the WebMD Weight Loss Clinic (WLC). For the WLC, she managed implementation and operations to meet and exceed $2M annual revenue targets for WebMD’s first online paid subscription program (subsequently named “Best All Around Diet” by Men’s Fitness magazine).  

Shannon’s project and product management responsibilities have included coordination of multi-lingual remote teams in as many as 7 locations around the globe, product localization, content management and e-commerce engine development, systems evaluation, selection and integration, editorial processes and standards, online communities and strategy plus execution of outbound messaging programs.  She continues to develop and manage innovative software and web solutions utilizing the latest technology to help customers achieve their business goals, providing strategy consultation and web product management for clients ranging from online retailers with global operations and multi-million dollar annual revenues to global firms establishing a presence or growing operations in the U.S.
